今回ririは農家の店ハレとケ、和合町店に行ってきました！

This time I went to the farmer’s store, Hare to Ke, Wago-cho!

先日ririは聖隷浜松病院へ行きました。
聖隷病院の近くに、
いつも大好きで食べているお弁当の
ハレとケのお店があるので、
開店直後にお邪魔してきました。

The other day I went to Seirei Hamamatsu Hospital.
Near the Seirei Hospital,
there’s a Hare to Ke store
that sells lunch boxes that I always love to eat,
so I visited the store just after it opened.

農家の店ハレとケ

「ハレとケ」は磐田市にあるきとう農園が
生産から加工、販売までを一貫して手掛けている
農家の店です。

旬の野菜を始め、お弁当、お惣菜、天然酵母パン、スイーツを
すべて店内で丁寧に作り
「からだに優しい」お料理を販売しています。

お弁当とお惣菜は、化学調味料に頼らず調理されており、
品ぞろえ豊富です。
自家製天然酵母を使用したパンも作られています。

住所は、静岡県浜松市中区和合町193-42。

定休日は水曜日、日曜日。

営業時間は10時から16時。

駐車場あり。

ハレとケの商品は、和合町の店舗だけでなく、
遠鉄百貨店や杏林堂、ビオあつみなどでも買うことができます。

Hare to Ke is a farmer’s store that handles everything
from production to processing and sales.
We prepare seasonal vegetables, lunchboxes,
side dishes, natural yeast bread, and sweets.
All of our dishes are carefully prepared
in our restaurant and are “gentle on the body.

The lunchboxes and side dishes are prepared
without relying on chemical seasonings.
We also have a wide selection of bread made
with our own natural yeast.

Farmer’s Store Hare to Ke Store

Address is in front of Fukaya Sports,
193-42, Wago-cho, Naka-ku, Hamamatsu City,
Shizuoka Prefecture.

Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Open from 10:00 to 16:00.

Parking lot available.

Hare to Ke’s products are sold
not only at the store in Wagocho,
but also at the Entetsu Department Store,
Kyorindo, and other stores.

どんどんお客さんが入ってきました。
人気店ですね。

迷ってしまいますね。

いざ、実食。

まず、バナナケーキ。
バナナケーキは、
1個の大きさが小さめです。
バナナがたっぷり乗っています。

小さいながらも、
生地もしっかり詰まっており
ずっしりとした重さです。
食べてみると、
甘さは控えめですが、
発酵バターと黒糖が使用されており
濃厚なお味です。
噛み応えもあります。
食後のちょっとしたスイーツにぴったり。

次に、さつまいもレモンバターパン。
天然酵母と甘酒からできた天然酵母のコッペパンに、
さつまいもとレモンとバターでできたクリームが
これでもかと詰まっています。

食べてみると、
さつまいものクリーミーな味と、
レモンのさっぱりさ、
バターの芳醇な香りが
見事にマッチしています。
どの味もいい感じに主張していて、
食べていて楽しいです。
クリームは全くしつこくありません。
天然酵母のコッペパンが香ばしくて美味しい！
クリームを優しく包み込んでいます。

I tried it.

All the flavors have a nice assertiveness to them.

The cream is not at all stubborn.

最後に、あんバターパン。
これまた甘さ控えめのあんこがたくさん入っていて、
味の濃い美味しいバターも添えられています。
これも天然酵母のコッペパン。

It is also served with a rich and delicious butter.

バターが少なめに見えますが、
甘さ控えめなあんこと一緒なので、
このくらいが食べていてちょうどいいバランスでした。
あんこ食感は少し硬め。
バターも硬めな印象でした。
なので、香ばしいコッペパンとの相性は抜群。
ハレとケのバターはなんとも濃厚で美味しい。
人生で食べた中で、
一番おいしいあんバターパンでした。

There doesn’t seem to be much butter,
but it’s with the red bean paste that’s not too sweet.
This was the perfect balance for me to eat.
The texture of the red bean paste is a little hard.
The butter also seemed to be hard.
So, it is a perfect match for savory cobbler.
Hare to Ke’s butter is very rich and delicious.
It was the best red bean butter bun
I’ve ever had in my life.

しかもどれもコスパ良し◎
お惣菜、お弁当、パンなど、種類も豊富なので、
また行って、新しい味を試してみたいです。

No matter which product you choose.
It is both delicious and good for you.
And all of them are good for the cost.
They have a wide variety of prepared foods,
lunch boxes, and breads.
