先日家族で「しゃぶしゃぶを心ゆくまで食べたいね。」と話していました。
新潟の赤ちゃん連れで行けるしゃぶしゃぶ屋さんはどこだろう。
そう思い探していたら、ゆず庵さんを見つけました！

The other day, my family and I were talking about
how we would love to eat shabu-shabu to our heart’s content.
Which shabu-shabu restaurant in Niigata can I take my baby to?
That’s what I was looking for, and I found Yuzuan!

About Yuzuan Niigata Bentenbashi Store

ゆず庵は寿司、しゃぶしゃぶが食べ放題のお店。
テーブルバイキングなので
席のタッチパネルで食べたいものを選ぶと
席まで出来立ての料理を持ってきていただけます！

住所は新潟県新潟市中央区紫竹山5丁目２−１８。

営業時間は　11:00 – 23:00 (最終入店21:30) 。

Yuzuan is an all-you-can-eat sushi and shabu-shabu restaurant.
It is a table buffet.
So you can choose what you want to eat on the touch panel at your seat.
And then the freshly prepared dishes will be brought to your seat!

ゆず庵さんに予約を入れる
Make a reservation at Yuzuan

ゆず庵さんに電話で「首の座っていない赤ちゃん連れでも大丈夫ですか？」と伺いました。
すると、ベビーカーで行くとテーブル席に案内してくださり、
椅子をどかしてベビーカーに乗せたまま一緒に居られるそう！
予約時に頼むと空いていればそのテーブル席を予約できるそうです。

I called Yuzuan and asked, “Is it okay if I bring my unborn baby?” I asked.
Then, when I went with a stroller,
they showed me to a table
and said I could move my chair out of the way
and stay with them with the stroller in it!
If you ask for it when you make a reservation,
they can reserve a seat at that table if available.

ちなみに、店員さんにおむつ替え台などありますか、と伺うと、
多目的トイレがありそこにおむつ替え台があるとのことでした。

Incidentally, we asked the clerk
if there was a diaper changing station.
She told me that there was a diaper changing table
in the multipurpose restroom.

riri達はテーブル席を予約して、お店に向かいました。
ちなみに1週間前から、土曜日に予約を入れましたが、
まだテーブル席は空いていました。

We reserved a table and headed to the restaurant.
By the way, a week ago, we made reservations for a Saturday.
There were still tables available.

ゆず庵新潟弁天橋店に着いて、ベビをベビーカーに乗せてさあ店内へ、と思ったら。
ベビがおむつ替えしてーと泣き出しました。
慌てて店内へ。

When I arrived at Yuzuan Niigata Bentenbashi store,
I put the baby in the stroller and went inside the store.
Bebi started crying for me to change his diaper.
We rushed inside the store.

トイレに入ると、綺麗なおむつ交換台が！
おむつを捨てるゴミ箱もありました。
トイレも広く、ベビーカーと大人が入っても余裕がありました！
無事、ベビはおむつ替えできて、気持ち良い状態になれました。

Upon entering the restroom, a beautiful diaper changing station!
There was also a trash can to dispose of diapers.
The bathroom was spacious enough
to fit a stroller and an adult in there!
Baby was able to change his diaper safely and comfortably.

ベビのオムツを替えた後、お席に案内していただきました。
なんと、個室だったのです！
個室に大きなテーブルが4台。
テーブルに椅子は6脚。
ベビーカーをセットさせていただきました。

After changing Baby’s diaper, we were shown to our table.
To my surprise, it was a private room!
Four large tables in a private room.
There were 6 chairs at the tables.
We were allowed to set up our stroller.

ririはベビーカーはpigeonのランフィを使っています。
走りやすいですし、
この水色が気に入っています。

riri uses a pigeon runfi stroller.
It’s easy to drive and
I like this light blue color more than anything else.

ゆず庵さんのコース選び

ゆず庵さんには食べ放題のコースが3種類ありました。
2680円のお手軽コースと、3280円のゆず庵コース、4280円の贅沢コースです。
全て食べ放題100分！
幼児は無料、小学生は半額、65歳以上500円引きです。

Yuzuan had three types of all-you-can-eat courses.
The easy course for 2680 yen,
the Yuzuan course for 3280 yen,
and the luxury course for 4280 yen.
All you can eat for 100 minutes!
Infants eat free, elementary school students eat half-price,
and those 65 and older get a 500 yen discount.

厳選された牛のしゃぶしゃぶや、期間限定のお寿司などがいただけます。

Riri and her friends chose the most popular Yuzuan course.
It includes carefully selected beef shabu-shabu and sushi
for a limited time only.

いざ、実食
Let’s eat

出汁を2種類選べました。
riri達は「ゆず庵昆布だし」と「塩レモンだし」に。
塩レモンだしは、どうかな？と思い頼んだのですが、
レモンの爽やかさが肉と絡んでとても美味しかったですよ！

There was a choice of two types of soup stock.
We chose “Yuzuan Kelp Dashi” and “Salted Lemon Dashi”.
I wondered if the salt and lemon dashi was really good.
The freshness of the lemon was delicious with the meat!

最初からがっつり牛しゃぶです！
ゆず庵の牛肉は食べ放題なのにとても美味しい。
脂もちょうどいい感じに乗っています。
It’s beef shabu-shabu right from the start!
Yuzuan’s beef is very tasty even though it is all-you-can-eat.
The fat is just right.

はも天寿司とはも寿司です。はも、淡白で美味しい。
Hamo Tenzushi and Hamo Sushi.
Hamo is delicious and light.

野菜も普段食べられないほどたっぷりいただきましょう。健康に良いです。
Take plenty of vegetables as well,
more than you would normally eat.
It is good for your health.

最後のデザートは濃厚キャラメルプリン。
ゆず庵の人気メニューだそう。
確かに濃厚で、甘さがガツンときます。
甘いのが好きな方は堪らないと思います(^^)
The last dessert is a thick caramel pudding.
It is said to be a popular menu item at Yuzuan.
It is indeed rich and the sweetness is gut-wrenching.
If you like sweetness, you will love it.
