スーパーで新潟の老舗の和菓子屋さんである里仙の和三盆かすていらなるものを発見。
おやつに、と買ってみました。1個160円でした。
I found wasanbon casteira from Satosen, at the grocery store.
I bought it for a snack, it was 160 yen per piece.
里仙は古町に本店があり、新潟伊勢丹やCoCoLo本館にもお店があります。
里仙もなかや栗かん（栗ようかん）などが人気商品らしいです。
ririも機会があったら食べてみようと思います。
The main store of Satosen is in Furumachi,
and there are also stores in Niigata Isetan and CoCoLo Main Building.
Their popular products are Satosen monaka and kuri-kan(chestnut yokan).
I’d like to try those when I get a chance.
和三盆かすていら、原材料に余計なものが入っていない！という印象です。
一切れあたりの値段は高いかもしれませんが、体に優しいお菓子なので安心感があります。
I get the impressiom that there are no unnecessary ingredients in the castella.
The price might be high, but you can rest assured that it is a healthy snack.

食べてみると、上品な和三盆の甘みが口に広がり、甘すぎずしっとりした味わいです。
カステラが適度に柔らかく、ほんのりジューシーな口当たり。

When I eat this, the the elegant sweetness of wasanbon spreads in your mouth and it’s moist without being too sweet.
The sponge cake is moderately soft and slightly juicy.
I felt luxury.
