おばけパンを食す Eating the ghost bread

ririは近くのスーパーの中にあるパン屋さんで、
ハロウィンのパンを見つけました。
その名もおばけパン。
チョコで描かれた顔がなんともいじわるそうだったり、
手も立体的になっていて、体の形も絶妙！
とっても可愛いです。

I found Halloween bread at a bakery in a supermarket.
That’s ghost bread.
The chocolate-drawn face looks like it’s being teased,
and the hands are three-dimensional, also the shape of her body is exquisite!
So cute!

皆様はハロウィンは特別なことをしますか？
今年も引き続きコロナ禍ですので、
街にコスチュームを着てというのは難しそうですよね。
家の中をハロウィン仕様にデコレーションしたり、
ハロウィン用のご飯を作ったり、
身近なところで特別感を味わえたらいいですよね。
と言っているririは毎年ハロウィンの波に乗れていません笑
小さいころにハロウィン文化がまだなく、
もう社会的には浸透していますがいまだに馴染めていません…！
ハロウィンとは？と思ったので調べてみると

Will you do anything special for Halloween?
It’s the Corona disaster again this year.
It will be difficult to wear costumes in the city.
It would be nice if we could experience the specialness
of Halloween in our daily lives
like decorating your house or cooking a Halloween meal.
But I don’t do anything for Halloween every year.
Halloween culture didn’t really exist when I was a kid,
so I’m still not used to it however it has already become a part of our society.

・もとは、秋の収穫を祝い、悪霊を追い出す宗教的な意味合いのある行事。
・現在では宗教的な意味合いを意識する人は少なくなり、
子供たちが仮装してお菓子を貰ったりするイベントとして多くの国で親しまれている。
・語源は「All Hallows Eve」
・短縮して発音した「Halloween（ハロウィン）」が通称
