浜松から新潟へ、静岡サービスエリア Hamamatsu to Niigata, Shizuoka Service Area

皆さんこんにちは、ririです。
私は実家のある浜松で里帰り出産をしました。
そして約1ヶ月後に、
車で新潟まで帰りました。
高速道路を使ってです。　

Hello, I’m riri.
I had a homebirth in Hamamatsu,
where my parents live.
Then, about a month later
I drove back to Niigata.
By highway.　

ベビはまだ1ヶ月とちょっとだったので、
1時間に1回は休憩を取ることにしました。
(お医者さんに聞いたところ
これだけ休憩を取っているなら、
首の座っていない赤ちゃんでも
浜松新潟間を車移動して良いとのことでした。)

Bebi was only a little over a month old.
We decided to take a break every hour.　
The doctor told me
that if you’re taking a break every hour,
you should be able to drive
between Hamamatsu and Niigata
even with a baby who is not yet sitting up.

Tips for getting on the highway with your baby

新潟へ帰ったriri達は伝えたいです。

これから高速道路で赤ちゃんを車に乗せて

移動される方は、

1. どのサービスエリアで休憩を取るか決めておく
2. 授乳室、おむつ替えのできるスペースがあるか、あるならばその場所と、ざっくりでいいので行き方を確認する
3. ベビーカーの貸し出しをしているサービスエリアかも確認を
4. 赤ちゃんがいても大人が食事できる場所や方法を考えておく

ということを。

riri達は最初長く見積もって浜松新潟間は

7,8時間くらいかかるだろうね、

と考えていましたが、

結果10時間かかってしまいました笑

赤ちゃんとの旅は想像以上に

てんやわんやなものでした。

We who have returned to Niigata want to tell you.
If you are going to be traveling with your baby
in the car on the highway,

1. Decide which service area you will take a break.
2. Check if there is a nursing room or diaper changing area, and if so, where it is and how to get there.
3. Check if the service area rents out baby strollers.
4. Consider where and how adults can eat even with a baby.

That is to say.
We first thought it would take about 7 or 8 hours
to get from Hamamatsu to Niigata.
But it took me 10 hours as a result lol.
Traveling with a baby was
more hectic than I had imagined.

Shizuoka Service Area

静岡サービスエリアは広く、
ベビーコーナーやドッグランもあり、
ベビーカーの無料貸し出しもあったりと、
色々な人に優しい場所でした。

The Shizuoka Service Area is spacious.
There is a baby corner and a dog run,
And they had strollers available for free.
It was a friendly place for all kinds of people.

ベビーコーナーには、

• おむつ入れ1個
• コンビの調乳専用浄水給湯器1個
• 水道付きのシンク1台(三角コーナーあり)
• 水道1台
• ベット4台
• 椅子3個
• 電子レンジ1台
• ゴミ箱1個
• 温度湿度計1個
• 扉ありの授乳室2室(机1椅子1)
• 電源タップ1個

がありました。
安心しておむつ替えもでき、
ミルクもあげられましたよ。

In the baby section, you will find

• diaper container
• combi water purification unit for baby formula
• sink with running water (with a triangular corner)
• water supply unit
• beds
• chairs
• microwave oven
• trash can
• thermometer and hygrometer
• nursing rooms with doors (1 desk, 1 chair)
• power strip

I could change diapers in peace.
I was able to change diapers and feed my baby.

ベビーカーの無料貸し出しはとても助かりました。
里帰り出産で車に積める荷物が限られており、
ベビーカーが積めず、
ベビービョルンの抱っこ紐しか積めなかったからです。

The free rental of strollers was very helpful.
I had a baby back home and was limited
in what I could load in my car.
We couldn’t fit a stroller in the car.
So I could only carry a BabyBjörn baby carrier.

ベビービョルンの抱っこひもは
毎回大活躍でした。
とても安定感があり、
首の座る前の赤ちゃんでも安心して使えました。
肩ひもの部分もがっしりしていて
疲れにくかったですよ。
慣れると着脱も簡単に感じます。
とてもおすすめの抱っこひもです。

The BabyBjörn baby carrier was a big hit every time.
It is very stable and even babies
before they can sit on their heads can use it safely.
The shoulder straps are also firm.
It is easy to put on and take off once you get used to it.
I highly recommend this cuddler.

ちなみに、静岡サービスエリアのベビーカーは
やや簡易的でしたが、
十分便利に使える感じでした◎
